Jayne Mack - Carers Centre Coordinator 

Hi, I'm Jayne! I'm the Carers Centre Co-ordinator - this means I look after the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Carers Centre, and it's day to day running, as well as liaising with workers in Adult Social Care. I'm most often based at the centre, and you might see me at our weekly drop-in sessions, or sometimes out at events. I am grateful to work with people I feel so passionate about supporting. Outside of work, I enjoy meditation, yoga, and all things relaxing!

Charlotte Muspratt** - Carers Services Administrator

Hi, I’m Charlotte! I am a full time Carers Support Administrator and have been with the team since March 2019. I work within the Carers Centre answering calls and helping out with all the day to day tasks to provide support for our carers. In my spare time I enjoy hot holidays, getting out and about to new places and some retail therapy!

** Charlotte is currently on maternity leave. 

  Eve Elliott - Carers Social Events Organiser 

Hello, I’m Eve! I joined the team here as Carers Social Events Organiser in January 2020 and I am really looking forward to meeting you soon at one of our events. We are planning lots of interesting and fun activities, so there will be something for everyone to enjoy! In my spare time I love being outdoors. You can usually find me in the garden growing vegetables, or spending time with my mischievous pets – ducks, chickens, cats and black Labrador!

Lorraine Kennett-Stone - Carers Officer

Hello, I’m Lorraine!  I’m really excited to have joined the team as a Carers Officer, having worked within social care for more than 20 years. It’s great to be part of such a fantastic service, and you’ll likely find me out an about at Carer drop-ins, one-to-ones, and social events.

In my spare time, I enjoy dog-walking, spending time with my family, and relaxing in the garden with my cat and a good book.

Jackie Shuker-Taylor - Carers Officer

Hello, I’m Jackie! I am a full time Carers Officer and started at the beginning of May 2023! I have worked in Adult Social Care for around 9 years, completing work in Social Work & Occupational Therapy. Whilst working for those services I have carried out many Carers Assessments for Carers across Bournemouth and Poole. I am excited to be part of the growing Carers Team.

I am looking forward to being able to join the carers activities and groups that are run through the Carers Team.

In my spare time I like to have long walks along the beach, reading, dancing ceroc and spending time with family and friends. I have a grand doggy called Vern, who is a little sausage dog – I love spending time with him, but he can be very naughty!
