Zoom - Self-Acupressure Massage & Relaxation (CRISP Hosted)

Cindy Perry will show us self-massage and acupressure massage techniques to search out and relieve those tight spots! The session will finish up with a guided relaxation.
 
This is a fully seated workshop which is slightly physical and best carried out in an upright, firm chair.
