This session will involve guided deep breathing with beautiful hand pan music to relax the whole body. Sound journeys using gongs, tube rain sticks, drone flutes and hand pans help you forget your stress and worries. There will be guided meditations to suggest different places and ways of coping with everyday life. Singing with the hand pan to joy and the beauty of sound will end the session.
Please take along a mat, pillow and blankets.
