Friends of CRISP are hosting and information event for carers who would like to know more about a Carer's Assessment.
You maybe entitled to a Carers Assessment if you are caring for someone with a health problem or a disability, even if the person you care for doesnt want or need an assessment themselves.
You can find out more at the this information event, and also sign up for the CRISP Carers Card if you havent already done so. Event running from 10.30am - 12noon.
