Hattie Miles takes a look at the personal lives of historical figures connected to the town … you’ll discover stories about Victorian author Robert Louis Stevenson, Lush founders Mark and Mo Constantine, a pop star who made Bournemouth his home, the scandalous life of the first celebrity TV cook and a giant who made his home in Springbourne.
Hattie was the first woman to join the Bournemouth Echo as a photographer where she worked for 24 years. She now works as a freelance photojournalist and we are delighted to welcome her for what is sure to be a fascinating talk.
