A Q&A session for young peole, and parents/ carers of a child of young person with SEND in Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole.
'Time to Talk' offers parents, carers and young people the opportunity to share experiences of SEND services, ask questions and feedback to the SEND Leadership Team, to help shape services in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
Following feedback from parents and carers, the focus of this session will be transition to adulthood for young people with SEND.
Steve Clarke (Designated Clinical Officer - Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group) and a representative from the Adult Social Care Team will be at the event and available for questions.
There will be a complimentary creche and free activities for older children (booking essential)
The Q&A will be held from 9.30am - 12noon (arrival at 9.15am)
