Nature Connects organises cost-free scenic, sociable, and rejuvenating nature walks at Hengistbury head, designed to give carers a break and to alleviate stress and anxiety.
The walks are led by Nature and Forest Therapist, Amanda Jones. The gentle nature walks always finish with complementary refreshments of tea and cake at the Hiker Café, and a chat in the company of others.
Walks will run twice a month until Autumn, whereupon they will be once a month. Walks will begin at 10am.
