The session will cover: Moving and handling people, how to move people safely without the use of equipment and how to look after your back, and that of the person you care for.
Lunch is available and costs £1 per person, to be paid to the venue on the day.
This training will now show you how to use specialist equipment and a pre-training health questionnaire will need to be completed.
