Mandy Pelling from Faithworks Wessex has teamed up with Charmaine Bray, a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor, to launch a new group. They are holding a freefree taster session on 23 July, 2pm at Upton Country Park. Mandy will be available afterwards to chat about any caring issues.
This will be followed by a 4 week Learn to Nordic Walk course from the 30 July.
