Falls Prevention and Awareness

Ferndown Manor Care Home are hosting an event for you to learn about how to prevent falls for you or a loved one.

Independent Occupational Therapst Lorna Mankertz will give expert advice and guidance on: 

• Prevention of falls at home or in care 
• Understanding common causes of slips and falls 
• Advice and tips on exercises to improve balance and reduce falls 
• Q&A session

Complimentary refreshments will be available. Session running from 2 - 4pm
