Description

Are you personally affected by dementia? Do you or someone close to you have memory difficulties? Or would you simply like more information? 

Help and Care are hosting a community based event for you to:

  • What support is available in your neighbourhood
  • Chat with other local people who are living with dementia
  • Share a tea or coffee in a relaxed setting with friendly teams of professionals that are there to help

The event will take place between 2-4pm. There is no need to book.
